Keeping the home clean and tidy is a shared responsibility.
Each household has a scheduled bin collection day — make sure you’re aware of yours.
Please ensure bins are placed out on the kerb the night before collection.
If a collection is missed, all residents are expected to help resolve any issues that may arise.

Car Parking Arrangements
Car spaces are allocated as outlined in your Lease Agreement.
Important: Always park in your assigned spot to avoid disruptions or conflicts with other housemates.
Wi-Fi Support
We understand how important a stable internet connection is for your day-to-day.
If you’re having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, please try the following steps first:
- On your device, select “Forget Network” and reconnect using the correct details.
- Check that there’s power in the home (you can flick a light switch to test).
- Still not working? Use your Tapi QR Code — located inside your cupboard, under the kitchenette sink — to log a maintenance request.
We’ll get it sorted as soon as possible.
